ACCOMMODATION
- Sheets and towels are changed on the fourth day of the stay or on request
- Miniature toiletries in the bathroom have been replaced by dispensers
- The room access card used to connect electricity turns lights on and off
- No plastic products in the mini-bar
- Use of phosphate-free detergent
- Printed general hotel rules and information have been replaced by QR codes
- Use of scrap paper in the offices
RESTAURANT
- Disposable tableware and plastic straws have been eliminated
- Individual packaging has been reduced to a minimum
- Bulk purchases and large packaging are encouraged
- Use of washable cloths for cleaning surfaces instead of single-use paper
